How to read these numbers
The forecast says roughly how long somebody signing up today will wait. It is not a booking or a promise. A facility may see you sooner if somebody cancels, and later if it happens to lose a doctor.
An average is also misleading when you look at it instead of at specific places. Inpatient rehabilitation has the highest average in the whole table, yet in the same region you will find a centre with a date this month. So it is better to compare a few facilities than to remember a single number.
